Delivery
Orders are processed next business day, and dispatch typically within 1-5 business days. Where your item(s) needs to be sourced from our retail stores, please allow an additional 1-2 business days. However, during peak periods delays with dispatch may occur. If you have not received your tracking notification within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance at admin@skitzo.com.
Orders may be split across multiple parcels, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping email from us which lists all items included in each parcel.

How do I track my order?
If you’re a member of our Skitzo Society and were signed in when you placed your order, you can track your orders status via your account. Simply sign in and head to Order History in your account dashboard.
Once your order has tracking information assigned, you will receive an email advising you of your tracking number (keep an eye on your junk and spam folders). Once you’ve been supplied the tracking number, you can track the delivery status directly via the tracking portal.
If it has been more than the specified days since you placed your order and you have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Service at admin@skitzo.com so we can assist you.
